On the fourth of July we went to a county fair at a game reserve not far from here. Samantha especially like the horse rides. There was an elephant to pet and a short game drive too, but I forgot to get photos of that! Sorry!

School Room

Sorry I haven't posted on here for a while. Rob's come home after a month away with a new computer!! The kids (especially Stuart) are very happy with our new toy. We've still got to get internet on it, but it's very nice. I took these some time in the last month or so.
The black marks on the wall behind Samantha are their measurements over the years. It quite amazing actually. Wym is the same height Theo was at the same age. Samantha is a little bit taller than Stuart was at the same age. We add new marks every January.

Catch a Carp

Daddy took the kids fishing today, and they had a lot of fun in spite of the rain. Alas, I forgot to pack the camera for them to photograph all the fun, but lots of happy smiles made it worth it. The zoo hosted a fundraising fishing competition. The biggest fish won $150, which the kids didn't win unfortunately. Oh, but thanks Grandpa Bruce for the corn idea, it really did work! They all won some prize though, like free tickets to the Lion Park, a football, two bottles wine and some thing else, can't remember. So all in all, not a bad day!
